Old treasures
I recently got a new computer and while transferring my files, I found these really nice shots that I took in Puerto la Cruz. I wasn’t very impressed with the city, but these pictures reminded me of how beautiful the scenery was from where we stayed.
Which reminds me that it’s been a while since I’ve been to the beach. I’m going to have to fix that.
For now I’ll just enjoy the memories.

I loved Puerto La Cruz. I have beautiful memories with my parents there, the paseo colon, the day trips to mochima bay, cumana, delta orinoco, the island cruise to snorkel, staying at golden rainbow, what memories!!! THANK you Deborah for bringing them back!
You’re welcome, Steve. You’re description is making me want to go back and take a second look. There’s a lot more to the area that I didn’t get to see the first time around!
Thanks Deborah, I recommend Margarita Island for you and your family also, it is beautiful. And for a splurge, Los Roques and Canaima are two of the most beautiful places on earth!!! I really enjoy your blog and am so happy you are having a great time in Venezuela, thanks for sharing with us.
Lovely photos!
