Galipán
Over the weekend, we made a quick trip over to Galipán, which is a small town located on El Ávila. You can only reach there via 4×4 vehicles and it’s about a 30 minute drive depending on the weather. The road is very windy and steep, but the best part are the views of Caracas that you get on your way there and back. When we got there, it was really foggy…
Then it poured…
Eventually it cleared up…
Then on our way down, we got to see this…
Well worth the crummy weather!
In my next post, I’ll tell you about the nice little restaurant where we ate lunch

WOW! Gorgeous. I had a Spanish tutor from Venezuela (is that where you are?), and I’ve always wanted to go. Stay safe!
